Welcome to ASIM

ASIM represents firms of solicitors and investment firms throughout England and Scotland, which are either authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) or are involved in giving investment advice to clients with the help of other professionals who are authorised by the FSA.

ASIM was formed in 1993 and brought together a group of solicitors' firms capable of integrating the provision of legal services with investment management services of high quality, reliability and integrity. Many of those firms have now created separate stand-alone businesses to provide investment management services alongside the legal services provided by the solicitors' firms. Since 2003 ASIM now also represents firms of professional investment managers.
